Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm cash on delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may decline an order if we cannot verify it.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but not after your order is confirmed.

Product images

We photograph our fabric as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so a slight difference in shade is possible and is not a defect.

Refused deliveries

Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

Exchange

See our Delivery and Exchange page. Cut, stitched or washed items cannot be exchanged.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
