Delivery & Exchange

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer.

• Flat delivery charge: Rs. 250
• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000
• Cash on delivery available nationwide

Order confirmation

For cash on delivery orders we call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours the order is held, not cancelled.

Exchange

Unused items in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange the pickup.

We cannot exchange items that have been cut, stitched or washed, and sale items are final.

If something is wrong

If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong design was sent, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
